Because cheering for the Raiders is hard enough

Seems like people shouldn't be forced to watch them, too. I say this with no exaggeration: it's a chore. This team is hapless, so you can only imagine how damaged Pittsburgh is.

What you need to know about last night's 16-0 MNF embarrassment in Seattle...

- Maurice Morris had 138 yards rushing on 30 carries. I'm not usually a big stat honk, but before last night, Morris had only reached 70+ yards once this season.

- As a direct result of Mo Mo's yardage, the Seahawks had a decisive 36-24 advantage in time of possession.

- Oakland allowed nine -- 9 -- sacks of Andrew Walter. What makes that number all the more depressing is that it's actually (unbelievably) the second time this season that the Raider o-line has given up nine sacks.

- Andrew Walter still looks lost out there. In six starts, he doesn't seem to be showing any improvement since he stepped in for Aaron Brooks. At least last night he was able to complete more than five passes and didn't have any turnovers. Those are positives, right?

- Finally, a question: How has Shane Lechler not been selected to every single Pro Bowl, not only in his career, but ever? No punter in the league gets as much playing time. Not even close.

All Raiders remorse aside, some good news for this site. Been picked up by SportsBlogs.org and, man, they are AMPED to get this juicy goodness out to the public. Fancy new link on the sidebar! Check it out.
